Duct tape is the way a true Canadian handles a problem. Whether it be used for fixing leaky plumbing, keeping a hostage tied to a chair , or holding a tiny piece of fabric on a girls breasts. Duct tape does wonders!

also to keep a shower from faling apart >.> i moved into our house 2 years ago and the whole shower wall was covered in duct tape to keep the shower together

Some people have used something called "Spirit Gum" to keep all their wobbly bits inside a costume. I dunno, I've heard it's itchy, although that is just a random urban legend.

You could use some double sided clear tape if need be. ;D Either that or just keep injecting yourself with something to numb your skin and just sew yourself inside the costume.

Spirit is really awesome for stuff like fake beards and small latex prosthetics but I'm not sure it's strong enough to hold on something as large as half a fake sword XD Not 100% sure though, It is pretty amazing stuff

You probably still can join this group. It's being planned for next year at the latest. Though it will be of SC 3 characters.

well i'm cosplaying seong mina for this, this'll be fun. i think i'll use fabric paint for the detailing, haha now i just need to figure out how to do the belt.

I figure a good place to start is to go to the site that Chouji recommended, that Soul Calibur Universe place.

They have all of the art and CG Character renders that you could need to pick a character. ^^

Hmmm... Mitsurugi is a possibility. Or Siegfried. I like the armor that both of them have. If I do Mitsurugi I just have to not shave for a few days to make my face look right. XD

s-s-s-iegfried!? Do misturugi, cause he rocks awesome socks... and although siegfried is cool... Mitsurugi has black hair.... and i believe, correct me if i'm wrong you do too... you'd have to grow it out though...

Technically I have dirty blond hair. I dyed it for my Tobi costume. And unfortunately, when my hair is long it's really curly, so I think I'd be wearing a wig for that costume anyways. Damn curly hair...

Alrighty, Mitsurugi it is then. Siegfried is cool, but too much bloody armor. Too time consuming.

.... as creepy as this is... i love you, cause misturugi is too cool, i might have to be a fan girl D=?! i actually wanted to cosplay siegfried, but i figured i'd rather itch my brain and do the soul calibur 4 version if any at all! lol

With school starting back up I haven't had any time to even think about costumes...

I bought some green nylon pants... they leave nothing to the imagination =) yay me! its finding a long enough top that matches the pants that wont fray that will be the hard part! ( along with keeping my small boobs inside the small strip of fabric) but i'll figure something out, I have also got some armor worked out... sortof....

I'm a long way from finished I can say that much.

O_o it'll take me 3 days to do, but i havn't gotten anything for it yet... i've been working more on my Kos-mos cosplay lol
